Site Update and Maintenance
To encourage revisits, and to make interesting reading, it is good practice to update and add new content, don't let your site remain stagnant.
To make readers aware of additions, consider a 'What's New' section, add a "NEW" graphic next to each updated item; have a News page or offer to e-mail a Newsletter.
If appropriate consider a user feedback form, this is a good way to keep in touch with your viewer.
Links should be checked on a regular basis. There is nothing more annoying than a broken link
