Will of Thomas Rose of Aston in the County of York - Gent - Dated 5th May 1804

Executors: Thomas Staniforth of Aston - Gent, Joseph Woodhead of the Parish of Beighton, Derby - Gent

Legatees:
John Whitehead of Aston - Uncle - All the sheep belonging to the Testor and then being upon his Uncles Farm at Aston and such part of the furniture in his house as belonging to Testor
To said Thomas Staniforth and Joseph Woodhead, their Heirs, Executors etc.. all his Real and Personal Estate of what kind so ever upon Trust to pay unto said
To John Whitehead - Uncle - An annuity of £10 during his life or the Interest of such money as might appear to be due from said John Whitehead to Testor. And upon Trust to pay the rents of his said Real and Personal Estate unto Mary his wife for her life, if so long his Widow lest not otherwise - and after her decease he gave to George Hawkesworth £50
To John Thompson son of Hugh Thompson of Aughton Parish of Aston - Cow wainer - The Residue of his Goods, Chattels, Personal Estate and effects, if living at the decease of his Wife, but if dead he gave same amongst the child and children of Henry Hawkesworth (the father) of Handsworth Woodhouse parish of Handsworth, Publican - who should be then living.
