whereof Joan Yole widow,
Robert Yole, son and heir of Wm. Yole and the said Joan,
and Wm. Carter deceased enfeoffed Thos, Yole of le Halght
and Ric. Wodhouse of
Gresbroke to tbe use of the said Ralf Yole, and whereof
they at his
request enfeoffed Thos. Fitzwilliam of Aldewark ( Aldwark) Knt.
