Rotherham Archaeological Society

Rotherham Archaeological Society is a voluntary body dedicated to the preservation of Rotherham's historic buildings and the investigation and recording of its archaeology and heritage.

The Harrying of the North. Fascinating illustrated talk by Lloyd Powell on the devastation caused in the North by the Normans following their Conquest. Followed by questions and refreshments.
Location: United Reformed Church, Wickersley Road, Rotherham.
